PennDOT has named a new Venango County maintenance manager.
Spokesman Jim Carroll reports that PennDOT District 1 has announced that the post has gone to Garrett Westover, from Cranberry Township.
Westover started with PennDOT in 2004, and has been with the agency’s District 1 since 2006. He will oversee a unit of about 85 employees who are responsible for maintaining 529 miles of state roadways and 225 state-owned bridges in Venango County.
