The State Police say charges are pending against a Titusville man after a rollover accident in Rocky Grove early Sunday morning.
Troopers say a car driven by 27 year-old Mark McConnell left Rocky Grove Avenue, struck a driveway culvert and overturned. The incident occurred shortly after 3:00 AM on Sunday.
Reports indicate McConnell sustained moderate injuries and was transported to UPMC Northwest in Cranberry.
No other vehicles were involved.
