State Police charged three additional individuals Wednesday in the death of a Chicora man during a fight on a Kittanning street early Sunday morning. Unlike a Monday arrest in which 27 year-old Dennis Rosenberger, from Kittanning, was charged with aggravated assault, the three new suspects are charged with homicide.
Investigators say Rosenberger was involved in a fight with the victim, 39 year-old James Sullivan, who fell and struck his head on the pavement. Three other men are now accused of kicking and jumping on the victim, actions which police say caused Sullivan’s death.
Charged Wednesday with homicide, aggravated and simple assault, reckless endangerment and harassment were 43 year-old Otilio Cosme and 18 year-old Anthony Bove, both from Ford City, and 32 year-old Keith Brison, from Kittanning. The three are lodged without bond at the Armstrong County Jail. Rosenberger remains in jail on $50,000 bond.
