Teen Joyrider Nearly Strikes 10 Year-Old

A Seneca teenager faces charges after he allegedly took a joyride in a vehicle that had been parked at a Horsecreek Road trailer court.

State Police say the 15 year-old driver nearly struck a 10 year-old boy before coming to a stop.

Troopers say the teen had briefly been traveling at a high rate of speed.  The vehicle reportedly belongs to a relative of the teen who is being charged.
