Ben Roethlisberger threw for 134 yards and three touchdowns on Sunday, and the Pittsburgh Steelers finished a disappointing season at 8-8 with a 24-10 home win over the Cleveland Browns (5-11).
Roethlisberger connected on scoring plays with Leonard Pope, Antonio Brown and Plaxico Burress. Shaun Suisham added a 41-yard field goal. Roethlisberger completed 15-of-23 passes, finding eight different receivers with no interceptions. The Steelers rushed for a net total of 91 yards.
The Browns scored on a touchdown throw to Greg Little by third-string quarterback Thad Lewis, making his first NFL start because of shoulder injuries to both Brandon Weeden and Colt McCoy, and on a Phil Dawson field goal.
