A Seneca man was ordered Wednesday to stand trial in the drug overdose death of an Oil City man whose body was found in a car in Morrison Park in Seneca in November, 2011.

24 year-old Jarrod Goheen was charged last month in the death of 31 year-old Jesse White.  The charges included delivery of a controlled substance and drug delivery resulting in death.

An autopsy showed White died of an overdose of a medication which is prescribed for the treatment of opiate addictions.

Police believe that Goheen met White in Morrison Park, and say White died in his vehicle without ever leaving the park.  Goheen remains lodged in the Venango County Jail in Franklin in lieu of $50,000 bond.
