A Seneca man has been charged with providing the drugs which killed an Oil City man whose body was found in a car in Morrison Park in Seneca in November, 2011.
24 year-old Jarrod Goheen has been charged with the delivery of a controlled substance and drug delivery resulting in death. Goheen was arraigned on those charges on Monday, and was lodged in the Venango County Jail on $50,000 bond. He faces a preliminary hearing on December 18.
Goheen is charged in the death of 31 year-old Jesse White. An autopsy showed White died of an overdose of a prescription medication used for the treatment of opiate addiction.
