The second suspect in the January burglary of a brew pub in Titusville was sentenced Wednesday to up to five years in the Crawford County Jail.

19 year-old Matthew Miller will serve a minimum of eighteen months under the sentence handed him in Crawford County Court.

Miller and 20 year-old Silas Yashinski, from Harrisburg, were accused of breaking into one Titusville building, forcing their way into the basement of a second and then burglarizing a third building, a brewery and restaurant establishment.  The pair allegedly stole a safe containing more than $4,600.

Miller had entered guilty pleas to charges of burglary and criminal mischief in a plea bargain in which seven other charges were dropped.  He was also fined and was ordered to pay restitution.

Yashinski had plea-bargained to one count of burglary.  Earlier this month, he was sentenced to up to two years minus one day in county jail as well as two years of probation, and to pay restitution.
