The three Philadelphia men who were arrested following a police chase near Cochranton over the weekend were being held on substantial bond in the Crawford County Jail.

Meanwhile, one media report indicates that all three suspects were treated for injuries prior to their arraignments.

As 96.3 KQW reported on Monday, the men were apprehended following a police foot chase after their van had crashed as they allegedly tried to flee police on Interstate 79 near the Cochranton-Geneva exit early Saturday evening.

The driver, 34 year-old Alford Jones, 45 year-old Jeffrey Waters and 37 year-old Matthew Gindhart are accused of using forged prescriptions to obtain oxycodone from pharmacies in the Meadville and Erie areas.  Officials say Gindhart was able to obtain ten dozen tablets at a drug store near Erie.

Bond for Gindhart was set at $250,000.  Bond for Jones and Waters was posted at $100,000 apiece.
