A woman is in trouble with the law after she was accused of spending nearly $2,000 online ($1,940.17) by using a bank debit card authorized to an Oil City-area auto body shop.

State Police officials who are investigating did not list the age or hometown of the suspect, but identified her as Toya Smith.  It was not immediately clear how Smith allegedly acquired the card, belonging to a Cornplanter Township business.

Transactions using the card were made between September 9 and September 11.
