Two people face numerous drug charges after Grove City Police reported they had found 186 bags of heroin in a motel room and in the car the couple was driving.

Reports indicate an investigation began after a woman reported to police that a relative, 21 year-old Bethany Pringle, from Findley Township in Mercer County, had borrowed her car two days before, and had not returned it.  The car was found at a Grove City motel where investigators say they found the heroin in the vehicle, under a baseboard heater in a room, and inside a phony beer can.

Pringle was arrested and charged, along with a McKeesport man identified as 19 year-old Brandon Lewis, who police referred to as Pringle’s boyfriend.

Pringle and Lewis were arraigned on charges include possession of heroin, possession with intent to deliver, conspiracy and the possession of drug paraphernalia.

Both were committed to the Mercer County Jail in lieu of bond.  They face preliminary hearings Wednesday afternoon.
