A Pittsburgh man who was accused in an attack on a Leeper man outside a bar in northern Clarion County in August has been ordered held for trial.
31 year-old Sean Smith, who is free on $100,000 bond, is charged with attempted homicide, two counts apiece of both aggravated assault and simple assault, plus reckless endangerment, disorderly conduct and harassment.
Smith stands accused of attacking a 38 year-old Leeper man as the man left a Farmington Township bar on the evening of August 17th. Police say the victim was beaten about the head and face with a tire iron.
A trial date is pending.
