Pitt Handles YSU, Improves To 10-0

The Pitt Panthers put five players in double figures and bumped their record up to 10-0 on Saturday afternoon with a 91-73 home victory over Youngstown State.

Lamar Patterson led Pitt with 18 points, while Cameron Wright tallied 13, and forward Derrick Randall added 11 points after coming off the bench.  Starters Michael Young and Talib Zanna both scored 10 points.

Kendrick Perry led YSU with 28 points, and Kamren Belin added 13.

Pitt will play Cincinnati on Tuesday night in  the Jimmy V Classic at Madison Square Garden in New York.
