Freshman center Steven Adams put up his best numbers so far on Saturday night, scoring 16 points and pulling down 10 rebounds in Pitt’s 89-40 romp over Bethune-Cookman at the Peterson Events Center in Pittsburgh.
With the win, the Panthers improved to 10-1, their only loss so far coming to Michigan in the championship game of the NIT Tip-Off Classic.
Bethune-Cookman fell to 4-8.
