Pens-Sens Series To Begin Tuesday Night In Pittsburgh

The National Hockey League announced on Monday morning that the first game of the best-of-seven Eastern Conference semifinal series between the Pittsburgh Penguins and the Ottawa Senators will be played Tuesday night at 7:30 PM at Consol Energy Center in Pittsburgh.  Radio pregame airtime on 96.3 KQW will be 7:00 PM.

The Penguins, who are the number-one seed in the East, advanced with a 4-games-to-two first-round win over the #8 New York Islanders, closing the series with a 4-3 overtime win in New York on Saturday night.  #7 Ottawa eliminated #2 Montreal 4-games-to-1.

Pittsburgh won the regular season series with Ottawa 3-games-to-none, outscoring the Senators by a combined 9-4 tally.
