PennDOT District 1 has launched its 2012 online consumer survey to seek input from licensed drivers in this corner of the state.
District 1 covers Venango, Crawford, Forest, Warren, Mercer and Erie counties.
For the second year, District 1 is asking motorists to rate what is important to them, and to judge PennDOT’s performances in areas such as traffic flow, safety, road surfaces, construction and communications.
It is part of District 1’s Performance Management Initiative, which PennDOT spokesman Jim Carroll describes as “an ongoing internal examination designed to study how the district does its work and how it can continue to improve.”
The survey, which can be accessed through January 10, may be found at www.getstrategy.com.
