An Oil City woman was charged Wednesday afternoon after she allegedly fled from Oil City Police and was later arrested in the Titusville area.
Oil City Police say 20 year-old Katelyn Olson hit an officer from their department with her vehicle as she spun away from them at the scene of a reported domestic dispute at a Hone Avenue residence.
Olson is charged with eight counts, including aggravated assault, fleeing police, reckless endangerment and reckless driving.
Oil City officers say they eventually stopped their high-speed pursuit of Olson, citing safety concerns. Olson was stopped by Franklin State Police troopers outside of Titusville.
