Two Oil City residents have been charged by State Police in an alleged credit card fraud case.
Troopers say Roger and Leigh Ann Matlock are accused of using a bank credit card owned by a 76 year-old woman during a three-day period earlier this month. The Matlocks are accused of running up more than $2,500 on the card, including purchases of computers, televisions and household items.
The suspects were charged with two felony counts apiece of access device fraud and seven misdemeanor counts of a related charge.
A preliminary hearing foor both suspects is scheduled for Wednesday.
