Oil City Man Seriously Injured In Clarion County Crash

February 7, 2014

An Oil City man was seriously injured in a two-vehicle crash on Route 66 in Farmington Township in northern Clarion County

State Police described the injuries sustained by 40 year-old Eric Streczywilk as “major.”

Troopers say the collision occurred when an S-U-V, driven by 39 year-old Christopher Yaworsky, from Erie, slid on a curve and struck Streczywilk’s vehicle which was pulling into a parking lot.  The S-U-V ended up in the parking lot, and the Streczywilk vehicle was pushed against a building.

Yaworsky was also hurt.  His injuries were listed as “moderate.”  Both men were taken to Clarion Hospital.
