An Oil City man has been sentenced to state prison in three different cases brought against him in Venango County Court.
31 year-old Daniel Kulling was most recently accused in March of selling a prescription drug from his home. When he was arrested in March, Oil City Police said Kulling had sold a drug from his home through a third party to a confidential informant.
Kulling was also sentenced on a charge of flight to avoid apprehension for allegedly disappearing from court-ordered supervision, and in a five year-old case that had included charges of attempted theft from a motor vehicle and resisting arrest.
Kulling’s combined sentences could bring him seven years at Camp Hill State Prison. He will be given credit for time served.
