An Oil City man faces charges which include statutory sexual assault and other counts after he was accused of having sex with an underage girl.
The incident is alleged to have happened in September at the girl’s home.
18 year-old K’Hane Mabin is also accused of supplying alcohol to the girl and to an underage boy who had attended a party with Mabin and the girl. No charges have been filed against the other male mentioned in the case.
Mabin is free on bail pending his preliminary hearing which is scheduled for Wednesday.
