Oil City Man Charged With Having Sex With A 13 Year-Old

An Oil City man faces charges after he was accused of having sex with a thirteen year-old girl.

19 year-old Austin Colburn was arrested by Oil City Police last week in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred at a North Street residence in July.

Colburn reportedly faces four charges, including two felony counts.
