An Oil City man was arrested Wednesday in an investigation into the delivery of heroin – a probe that involved local police departments and the state Attorney General’s office.
Oil City Police say 50 year-old Lee Hazlett was arrested at his home on East Fourth Street, where they say they found heroin, packaged as though for sale.
Hazlett was charged with possession with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and receiving stolen property. Initial information did not specify what the third charge involves. After his arraignment, Hazlett was taken to the Venango County Jail on $50,000 bail.
