An Oil City man has been arrested in connection with an incident in which a woman claims he broke into an Oil City home and assaulted and threatened her.

Oil City Police say 38 year-old Bradley Felmlee is charged with burglary, assault, making terroristic threats, harassment and criminal mischief.  Officers say the charges stem from a February 21 incident in which a woman claims that Felmlee kicked in the door of a residence on Hoffman Avenue, punched the woman, ripped a telephone line from the wall, and threatened to return with a gun and shoot the woman and a second individual who was present.

Officials say Felmlee posted bail, and is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday.
