An Ohio man has entered guilty pleas in Warren County Court here in Pennsylvania in an investigation into allegations that he operated rides at the Warren County Fair in Pittsfield while he was under the influence of drugs.

Prosecutors say the case against 27 year-old Thomas Bradley, from Toronto, Ohio, began on August 10 after he had been admitted for a drug overdose to Warren General Hospital.  Bradley was charged, arraigned and jailed the next day.

Bradley entered guilty pleas on Thursday to charges of endangering the welfare of children, reckless endangerment and public intoxication.  In his plea bargain, a charge of risking a catastrophe was dismissed.

Bradley will be sentenced at a later date.
