An Ohio man was arrested early Wednesday morning after railway authorities say he threatened to take over a train he had apparently hopped earlier in the morning.

Millcreek Township Police say 28 year-old Robert Nerone, from Jefferson, was charged with trespassing and with public drunkenness.  Other charges may be filed by railroad police.

Police say it appears Nerone jumped onto the train somewhere near Ashtabula, and as it slowed to pull into an Erie station, he told train personnel he was going to take over the vehicle.
