OC&T Railroad Headquarters To Get Facelift; Plans To Be Unveiled May 22

A news release from PennDOT indicates that the plans for a facelift for the Oil Creek and Titusville Railroad Headquarters in Oil City will be unveiled at a public meeting on Thursday, May 22.

The meeting will be held at city council chambers at Oil City Hall, and will be included as part of a regularly scheduled city council meeting which is slated to begin at 4:30 PM.

The rehabilitation project for the OC&T Headquarters on Elm Street is to include brick work, painting, new glass and doors, new sidewalks and curb ramps, and a bicycle rack.
