February 4, 2013

Phil Mickelson finished a dominant weekend with a 4-under-par 67 on Sunday to win the Waste Management Phoenix open by four strokes at the TPC Scottsdale in Arizona.

Mickelson went 60-65-64-67, finishing at 28-under-par 256, and missing the PGA Tour record of 254, set by Tommy Armour III at the 2003 Texas Open, by two shots.  It was his 41st Tour victory, and his third wire-to-wire win.
