Phil Mickelson finished a dominant weekend with a 4-under-par 67 on Sunday to win the Waste Management Phoenix open by four strokes at the TPC Scottsdale in Arizona.
Mickelson went 60-65-64-67, finishing at 28-under-par 256, and missing the PGA Tour record of 254, set by Tommy Armour III at the 2003 Texas Open, by two shots. It was his 41st Tour victory, and his third wire-to-wire win.
2013 Tour money leader Brandt Snedeker finished at 260 with Scott Piercy another stroke back. Ryan Moore and Ryan Palmer finished fourth and fifth respectively.
Mickelson won $1.116 million.
