A Meadville-area woman has been charged after she allegedly set a man on fire during what she called a game testing the man’s pain threshold.

24 year-old Labresha Brown, from West Mead Township, was charged Thursday with arson, aggravated assault, simple assault and reckless endangerment.  Police say the victim had been treated for second- and third-degree burns to his back.

The victim told police Brown rubbed alcohol on his back, and set the liquid on fire.  He eventually put out the flames himself, and says he had Brown’s boyfriend drive him to a hospital.

Brown was taken to the Crawford County Jail with bail set at $50,000.  She faces a preliminary hearing scheduled for May 22.
