A Marienville man faces 79 charges following a late night police chase that officials say reached a speed of 118 miles per hour.

21 year-old Matthew Dicorpo is charged for attempting to elude police with his motorcycle for about 20 miles on Route 66 in the Crown area and over roads around Vowinckel.  Police say a Tionesta woman who was riding with Dicorpo was thrown from the motorcycle when it crashed into a tractor parked back along Route 66.

State Police from the Marienville station say the 20-mile chase started shortly before midnight Friday and lasted just more than ten minutes.  The female rider was identified as 23 year-old Jessica Kline, and troopers say she sustained minor injuries.  Neither rider was wearing a helmet.

Following his arraignment, Dicorpo was lodged in the Warren County Jail with bail set at $75,000.  He faces a preliminary hearing on September 3.
