A Kennerdell-area man has been sentenced to state prison on charges involving a break-in in Scrubgrass Township, a burglary in Sugarcreek Borough and the operation of a methamphetamine lab that had reportedly been run out of his home.

36 year-old Anthony Healy was sentenced in Venango County Court to up to four years on charges involving a break-in at an auto repair shop, up to five years in connection with the Sugarcreek charges, and two-to-five years in connection with the meth lab operation at a residence on Lisbon Road in Scrubgrass Township.

In exchange for his guilty pleas in the various cases, numerous other charges against Healy were dismissed.  Authorities had also charged Healey in thefts from “box stores” in four counties, and he had also faced additional drug charges.
