Heat Force Game 7 With 103-100 OT Win

Down five points with 28 seconds remaining in regulation play, and facing the loss of the NBA championship series, the Miami Heat forced overtime and posted a 103-100 overtime home win over the San Antonio Spurs, setting up a seventh and deciding game for the title to be played Thursday night in Miami.

LeBron James paced the Heat, recording his fifth career playoff triple-double with 32 points, 11 assists and 10 rebounds.  Ray Allen’s three-pointer with five seconds left ensured the overtime period.

Mario Chalmers added 20 points for Miami, while Tim Duncan led the Spurs with 30 points, and teammate Kawhi Leonard added 22.
