Glitches continue to occur more than a week after the sign-up system opened for the new health care exchanges under the federal Affordable Care Act, but supporters are encouraging Pennsylvanians to be patient.
Some say the glitches were not unexpected.
Ron Pollack, a spokesman for Families USA, pointed out to Radio Pa News reporter Cathy Clark that there have been a record number of inquiries about health coverage through the exchange.
Open enrollment continues through March. Those who sign up by mid-December should be able to see their coverage start by the beginning of the calendar year.
