Eli Manning threw for 200 yards and a touchdown, leading the New York Giants (1-6) to their first win of the NFL season, 23-7 over visiting Minnesota (1-5) in this week’s Monday night game.

For the first time this season, Manning completed a game without an interception, and the much-maligned Giants defense played 60 minutes without allowing a touchdown – New York’s only score coming on an 86-yard punt return by Marcus Sherels.

Manning threw a 24-yard TD pass to Reuben Randle, newly-acquired running back Peyton Hillis scored on a one-yard run, and Josh Brown kicked three field goals.
