Franklin Man Charged After Allegedly Threatening Three With A Pellet Gun

A Franklin man faces charges after he allegedly threatened three people with a pellet gun.

Franklin City Police say the incident happened shortly before 10:00 PM Sunday on the 10-hundred block of Buffalo Street in Franklin.  Responding to a call that someone was brandishing a gun, officers say they arrested 28 year-old Montez Harris at a location on the 600-block of 10th Street.

The pellet gun was located the following morning near a supermarket in the neighborhood.

Harris is charged with assault and disorderly conduct.  Police say he is lodged in the Venango County Jail on a parole detainer.
