The popular group Maidens IV, pictured to the left, are one of the acts that will perform in the annual Foxburg Scottish Festival. The event kicks off this Friday, August 16th with the group Ceilidh on the Foxburg green. The main festival starts at 9:00 AM on Saturday, August 17th and includes live music — including Celtic music and a Sunday afternoon concert featuring Scottish rock band Big Country, a soccer shoot-out, sheepdog demonstrations, vendors, carriage rides and more.
