A Titusville family was able to escape an early morning fire unharmed.
Titusville fire officials say the fire broke out shortly before 12:30 AM Tuesday morning at a home on the 500-block of West Central Avenue. The family had fled the home before crews arrived on the scene.
The lower floor of the two-story structure was heavily damaged.
Four fire companies responded, and they were on the scene for about two-and-a-half hours. A State Police fire marshal will investigate the cause.
