An East Butler man died and two passengers were slightly injured in a vehicle rollover in Clarion very early Sunday morning.
Accident investigators say the driver, 24 year-old Joshua Bartley, was ejected from the truck and was pronounced dead at the scene. Bartley’s passengers, identified as 23 year-old Justin Lackey, from Chicora, and 23 year-old Carlos Morando, from Butler, received minor injuries.
Police say Bartley lost control of a truck on a curve on Greenville Pike in Clarion at about 4:45 AM Sunday. The vehicle left the right berm and rolled over several times.
Bartley had not been wearing a seat belt. Police say toxicology tests are being conducted.
