Clarion Ready to Welcome Santa

Santa arives in Clarion on Saturday, December 1st at 1:30 PM duirng the annual Christmas Parade. The parade starts at Northwest Savings Bank on Main Street and ends at the Memorial Park.  Donwtown merchants will have specials and give-aways. After the parade kids are invited to attend a specail program at the I.C. School.
