The Clarion County commissioners have given their final approval to a 2013 budget that totals nearly $15.1 million and contains a one mill real estate tax increase.

The spending plan tops the county’s 2012 budget by about $143 thousand.

The tax hike means property owners in Clarion County will pay ten dollars more per year for each ten thousand dollars worth of assessed property value.
