July 7, 2014

A Chicago man was airlifted to an Erie hospital Sunday after he wrecked his motorcycle on Route 666 in Forest County.

State Police officials say 55 year-old Mitchell Morris lost control of his bike on gravel on the berm of the highway.  Morris was thrown from the motorcycle and was propelled about twenty-five feet through the air.  He landed in the woods.

Troopers described Morris’ injuries as “severe.”
