The Oil City Chapter of the Isaak Walton League of America and Venango College of Clarion University will induct the newest members of the Venango County Conservation Hall-of-Fame on December 16th at Rhoades Auditorium in Oil City.
The event will begin at 7:00 PM, and the newest members will be E. Michael Boyle, Jim Holden and Dick Krear.
Boyle has served as chairman of the board and president of the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy.
