Chris Boswell booted a career-best 53-yard field goal as time expired on Sunday night, giving the Pittsburgh Steelers a 31-28 victory over the Green Bay Packers.

The kick tied the longest successful field goal in the 17-year history of Heinz Field.

Despite allowing two interceptions, Pittsburgh’s Ben Roethlisberger threw for four touchdowns, including a pair to Antonio Brown.  Martavis Bryant and Xavier Grimble also were on the receiving ends of TD throws, and Brown caught a two-point conversion pass.

Roethlisberger completed 33-of-45 passes for 351 yards, while Brown accounted for 10 receptions and 169 yards.  Le’Veon Bell caught 12 passes for 88 yards, and carried the ball 20 times for another 95 yards.

Young Green Bay quarterback Brett Hundley was 17-for-26 for 245 yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions.  Hundley threw scoring passes to Jamall Williams, Randall Cobb and Davante Adams, while Williams ran for a four-yard score.  Williams rushed for 66 yards and caught four passes for another 69 yards.  Adams had five receptions for 82 yards.  The Packers slipped to 5-6.

The Steelers (9-2) won for the sixth straight time, and took a temporary three-and-a-half game over Baltimore in the AFC North.  The Ravens (5-5) host Houston in the Monday night game.

Pittsburgh will travel to Cincinnati (5-6) for next Monday night’s contest.
