Franklin City Budget For 2018 Approved

A budget totaling just under $5.2 million was given final approval Monday night by Franklin City Council. The spending plan for 2018, containing no real estate tax increase, was passed by a unanimous vote. Franklin’s 2017 budget had been approved at about $5.04 million.
