Franklin City Council Okays $5 Million Budget For 2014

Franklin City Council on Monday unanimously approved a $5 million budget with a $2.4 million sewer fund budget for 2014. The spending plan contains no real estate tax hike. It contains spending hikes of more than $300,000 for both the general fund budget and the sewer fund.
