State Police in Mercer County are searching for a woman who held up a gas station in the Stoneboro area early Saturday evening.
Investigators say a woman entered a gas station on Mercer Road around 6:00 PM Saturday. Brandishing a stainless-steel handgun with wooden grips, she robbed an attendant of an undisclosed amount of money.
The woman fled the scene on foot.
Police say the woman was described as standing 5-feet-six and weighing about 160 pounds. State Police at the Mercer station in Jackson Center are investigating.
