When Monday morning dawned, some 20,000 electricity customers in southeastern Pennsylvania were still without power from last Wednesday’s ice and snow storms.

About half of those affected for the sixth straight day live in Chester County.

More then 130,000 customers had their power restored over the weekend.

The eastern part of the state saw a couple of additional inches of snow on Sunday, and its residents were bracing for about three consecutive nights of single-digit low temperatures.
